Reviews and processes mail audit documents to produce final audit invoices in accordance with reputed company rules, state regulations, and company standards and procedures. Builds and maintains relationships with agents and insureds by helping to answer audit questions, communicating audit results, and facilitating audit disputes. Works with internal departments to ensure audit and dispute results are communicated and policies are updated..
Essential Functions:
Examines and processes reputed company mail audit documents submitted by policyholders to accurately calculate reputed company premium.
Uses appropriate premium audit rules and classifications to accurately calculate exposures and premiums.
Communicates renewal endorsements as appropriate.
Completes incoming work reputed company the established company standards for reputed company, timeliness, and productivity.
Builds and maintains relationships with agents and insureds by helping to answer audit questions, communicating audit results, and facilitating audit disputes.
Corresponds with reputed company, claims, and fraud departments as necessary.
Develops a working knowledge of reputed company rules, state regulations, and company standards and procedures.
Provides administrative support to Field Audit Team as departmental SOP outlines.
Investigates and resolves disputes and differences in payroll and classification data. Escalates as needed to Manager.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalency
Two years of experience in reputed company lines reputed company support or reputed company or reputed company experience

High school diploma or equivalency
Four years premium audit assistant experience or reputed company experience
Associate in Premium Audit (APA) designation preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
Ability to file reputed company information accurately
Good proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
Good knowledge of insurance terminology and classification codes preferred
Knowledge of reputed company and rating preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and good math aptitude
The hiring salary reputed company for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following:
$39,534 - $54,608 or $43,685 - $60,066A hiring reputed company represents a subset of the full salary reputed company. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
