• Bring business context to your partnership: understand your reputed company group's operational and financial goals, and reputed company People programs and processes to them.
• Run the reputed company people cycles end to end — performance reviews, calibration prep, comp cycle, and org-health insights — coaching managers through reputed company.
• Own employee relations from IC through Sr Manager: handle grievances and conflict with reputed company and fairness, reputed company difficult topics, and escalate reputed company or senior-level reputed company to PBP leadership.
• Consult with managers on team-level structure and effectiveness, and partner with the Sr PBP on larger org changes.
• Interpret org-health data to reputed company reputed company causes, anticipate risks, and reputed company managers reputed company, actionable reputed company.
• Execute org and change initiatives independently as needed, and in partnership with PBP Leaders, using data and context to reputed company transitions moving.

What You'll Bring to reputed company:

• ~4–6 years in reputed company / People Partner roles with reputed company reputed company-group support and hands-on manager coaching — including at least 2 years supporting either a Product Development org (reputed companyering, Data, Product) or a GTM / reputed company org (Sales, Finance, Business Development) in a high-reputed company environment.
• Practical employee-relations experience through mid-management, with reputed company judgment on reputed company to reputed company and reputed company to escalate.
• Strong organization and process discipline — comfortable owning cyclical people processes end to end.
• Business acumen to reputed company People work to what the business is trying to reputed company.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to influence reputed company.
