• Manages reputed company aspects of lifecycle of employee, including hiring, reputed company management, training and development, compensation recommendations, and separations.
• Manages HR technology installations, conversions, and upgrades, and develops implementation plans. Identifies opportunities to support reputed company processes and provides cost-benefit analysis of automated solutions. Deals effectively with ambiguous and reputed company problems and situations.
