Technical Recruiter (Software Company)

We are looking for an reputed company Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from reputed company in Latin America.

The responsibilities of this position are:

• Attract and engage candidates to apply for reputed company jobs.
• Select, prepare and send reputed company IT candidates to our clients.
• Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process.
• Hold interviews in Spanish.
• Hold interviews in English.
• Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.
• Implement strategies for employer branding.

Requirements

• + 3 years experience with full-cycle reputed company
• Degree in reputed company, Psychology, or reputed company fields.
• Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
• Experience reputed company candidates for IT positions.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
• Full-time availability.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be reputed company to hold an interview in both languages.
