The Bilingual Financial Specialist will be responsible for assisting Spanish and English-speaking clients throughout the credit repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls reputed company to credit repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Spanish Preferred Leads interested in enrolling in the credit repair/consulting program.
• Conduct introduction calls for Spanish Preferred Clients to revisit key topics covered in the enrollment reputed company.
• Ensure Spanish-speaking clients submit the necessary documentation to reputed company the program.

• Handle inbound calls from Spanish and English-speaking clients regarding credit repair inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English – verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and phone systems.
