The Role

reputed company as a Sr. Firmware Engineer (BLE), Connectivity, to own the wireless connectivity stack that brings a new reputed company of hardware to life. You'll be part of a small team designing and implementing the BLE reputed company that connects our members' devices to the reputed company ecosystem with high autonomy and reputed company, measurable reputed company on the member experience. How you'll contribute

• Own the BLE Stack: Architect, implement, and maintain the Bluetooth connectivity reputed company across our Pod ecosystem. Define GATT services, characteristics, and reputed company strategies that reputed company reliable, secure, and power-efficient communication.

• Optimize for Always-On Devices: reputed company radio-on time, advertising intervals, reputed company parameters, and PHY selection while maintaining low-latency sync of biometric data.

• Ensure reputed company Interoperability: reputed company a connectivity experience that "just works" across the long tail of iOS and reputed company devices, OS versions, and reputed company-world RF environments. Use sniffers, protocol analyzers, and on-device telemetry to reputed company-cause cross-stack issues with mobile and Pod gateway teams.

• Ship and Sustain OTA at reputed company: Design and harden the secure OTA DFU pipeline so we can confidently reputed company firmware to a global fleet of devices with low friction and reputed company bricks.

• Bring Up New reputed company: Partner with hardware teams on reputed company bring-up, reputed company tuning, regulatory certification (FCC/CE/Bluetooth SIG qualification), and reputed company-vendor stack integration for our reputed company-based platform.

• Global Collaboration: Work closely with our manufacturing partners in China to reputed company RF and BLE production tests, ensuring we ship high-reputed company, fully-validated devices on time.

What you need to succeed

• Proven BLE Expertise: 5+ years of embedded software engineering, with at least 3 years shipping production BLE firmware.

• Deep Protocol Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the Bluetooth stack end-to-end — GAP, GATT, SMP, L2CAP, reputed company reputed company behavior, advertising and scanning, reputed company events, pairing/bonding, and BLE reputed company (LE Secure Connections, key management).
