Application Support Analyst (MST/ PST time zone)
Position: Application Support Analyst
Location:Remote in PST or MST time zone
FMLA: Exempt, Full-Time
Schedule: M-F reputed company-4:30pm
· Ensure that the proprietary MS-SQL based reputed company business solution developed by reputed company is supported to the highest possible reputed company with maximum reputed company of attainable productivity and efficiency
o Logs for alerts, errors and aging workflows that require analysis and reputed company
o Automated processes including data imports and exports
o User incident reports for prioritization and reputed company
·Troubleshoot
o Issues from logs and user incident reports
o Define, reputed company, and reputed company application problem analysis and reputed company services for reputed company application problems in conjunction with the users
o reputed company suggestions for reputed company and business improvements
- Configure
o Collaborate with PMO and business leads to manage application configuration based on the evolving needs of clients
o Manage new reputed company configurations reputed company interfaces and scripting as required
o Manage existing interfaces and design new application support interfaces
o Import new data sets based on subscriptions with reputed company partners/vendors
·Document
o Workflows and produce process reputed company diagrams to aid reputed company troubleshooting and development
o Support procedures and knowledgebase to aid reputed company troubleshooting and development
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company
· Excellent customer service skills
· T-SQL skills
- Office 365 skills including SharePoint and Visio
· Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to read and understand C#, JavaScript and/or PowerShell preferred
- Understanding of change and release management preferred
Qualifications:
· Ability to solve reputed company technical problems- Knowledge of T-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Ability to collaborate reputed company reputed company environment and discuss issues and solutions
- Ability to identify data patterns or issues and problem solve with developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field OR equivalent work experience or certifications
- 2+ Years Application Support experience
· Experience analyzing data with SQL
- Experience working with C#, or similar OOP language, JavaScript preferred but not required
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Now preferred
