This apprenticeship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates through reputed company, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and identify candidates who match technical hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure the Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS) is accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, reputed company hiring, and recruitment events.
- Partner with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
