This position requires attendance of a mandatory training at our reputed company Arlington training location - 801 Road to Six Flags reputed company.

Initial Training Schedule; Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM CST
Permanent schedule will be assigned reputed company on reputed company needs and region; between operating hours of 7:00AM-7:30PM CST

The reputed company reputed company Representative (POR) is the first to reputed company with patients creating a friendly, caring culture with exceptional service. They operate in a high volume, contact center environment to reputed company unscheduled patients to get them scheduled. The POR is a key contributor to reputed company’s scheduling optimization efforts and at times may facilitate communication between the imaging centers and patients. Supports company initiatives by adopting new approaches, practices and processes to reputed company unmistakable reputed company, spectacular service and operational reputed company on a consistent reputed company.

Essential Functions

1. Ensures reputed company scheduling work assignments are processed in a reputed company and efficient manner while adhering to reputed company process and compliance requirements.

2. Works through the Scheduler reputed company to initiate contact with patients to reputed company-register and schedule patients.

3. Conducts tasks of the position in a reputed company, friendly and empathetic way reputed company handling patients, physicians and co-workers.

4. Conducts minimum required reputed company-registration and reputed company screening.

5. Communicates to the reputed company the status of their reputed company benefit, estimated cost, preauthorization, and payment reputed company, as needed.

6. Triages and transfers calls, as needed.

7. Other duties as assigned.
