The Role

• Coordinate cyber incident response activities with clients, insurers, breach counsel, forensic investigators, notification vendors, reputed company relations firms, and other specialists.

• Advise clients on policy requirements, incident response procedures, regulatory considerations, notification obligations, and claim reputed company.

• Review and interpret cyber, technology E&O, reputed company, media liability, crime, management liability, and reputed company insurance policies.

• Prepare coverage analyses, claim notices, tender correspondence, reputed company guidance, and responses to reputed company coverage positions.
