[Remote] Sr. Clinical Trial Platform Trainer

The Sr. Clinical Trial Platform Trainer will prepare and reputed company technical product training for internal teams and reputed company clients, reputed company training materials and videos, support new product releases, and complete reputed company follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reputed company technical training reputed company web-based sessions
• Prepare and reputed company face-to-face technical training sessions
• Complete reputed company follow-up activities associated with reputed company training session
• Write, revise, and update training scripts
• Create and maintain training materials for both reputed company use including user manuals, training guides, slide deck presentations, etc
• Train internal staff on products and releases as required
• Work with Product Development and other functional teams to transfer knowledge of new product releases
• Review reputed company customer change control requests for potential training needs
• Maintain trainer study assignment worksheet
• Assist with the development of training videos as needed
• Record training videos for customers distribution
• reputed company other tasks and reputed company assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or training
• Ability to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally (if needed)
• Strong writing and reputed company speaking skills required
• Ability to write, edit, review, and manage instructional documentation
• Strong time management and organizational skills required
• Experience with Camtasia or other video editing software
• Prior experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar industries desired
• Experience with a Learning Management reputed company preferred
• Previous experience training technology preferred
