In this role, you will reputed company leadership to manage and execute upon strategies for a customized contract and program portfolio that meets the unique needs of the reputed company Health Sourcing, LLC Members. reputed company is a provider-led, physician-reputed company change management model jointly owned by reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. The reputed company sourcing team is charged with delivering best-in-class contracting strategies and expertise that allows its members to capitalize on recurring physician/clinical variation and cost reduction opportunities. This sourcing position will contribute to reputed company aspects of reputed company’s Orthopedic/Neuro strategic sourcing processes, including opportunity identification, reputed company, contract development, supplier partnerships, negotiations, documentation, and clinical packaging for implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with the reputed company staff, reputed company members, and reputed company stakeholders.
• Establish and reputed company strategic relationships with key suppliers in the Orthopedic/Surgical service lines.
• In collaboration with the reputed company, identify, prioritize, and execute on reputed company and reputed company variation and utilization opportunities.
• reputed company and implement business processes to meet financial goals.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders to execute on reputed company’s performance goals, business objectives and improve best practices.
• reputed company leadership and consultation in identifying, analyzing, and managing innovative and reputed company cost savings and clinical variation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years’ experience required.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven reputed company in reputed company negotiations required.
• Experience in health care supply cost management and contracting preferred.
• Ability to reputed company and support others through leadership and reputed company partnership skills.
• Proven ability in operational planning.
• Experience in developing customized solutions for large reputed company organizations with suppliers using consultative skills.
• Ability to reputed company, reputed company, and influence in a reputed company environment.
• Strong relationship building and strategic partnering skills.
• Willingness to travel.
