Expert Opportunity - HR Generalist ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to reputed company reputed company HR generalists who can help train their latest language model on reputed company document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for HR generalists with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across reputed company workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.
