Service Contract Administrator - Contractor

Contractors will not be employed by reputed company but through our trusted reputed company partners. reputed company is looking for a Service Contract Administrator - Contractor to work with the Service Contract Administration team and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment. • Location - USA (Remote) • Duration - 6 months The CyberArk Service Contract Administrator's reputed company responsibility is managing and overseeing service reputed company requests and reputed company. The Service Contractor Administrator is responsible for ensuring that reputed company service reputed company requests are fulfilled on time, meeting SLAs, and adhering to high-reputed company standards and accuracy. The Service Contract Administrator must work closely with Sales, reputed company Services, reputed company, reputed company, Finance, Customer, and Partners. This role also supports services contract negotiations and revisions. The Service Contract Administrator ensures that the service reputed company are effectively managed, reducing risks and ensuring compliance with reputed company and company standards while fulfilling the needs of our customers and partners. Responsibilities: • Managing Scoping Cases: Manage service scoping cases queue, tracking reputed company communications and request status. Review, prioritize, and respond to service reputed company requests promptly. Triage and escalate requests to relevant stakeholders per policy and SLA • Preparing reputed company & Documents: reputed company and update service scoping documents, maintaining reputed company and accurate records of reputed company relevant documents • Monitoring reputed company: Review service reputed company and agreements for compliance with reputed company's preferred reputed company policies, identifying variances. reputed company changes, comments, approvals, and versions of reputed company generated scoping documents. Identify and analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms and reputed company recommendations to mitigate those risks • Negotiating Terms: Negotiating contract terms with reputed company stakeholders. Participate in meetings with Customers, Partners, reputed company, Finance, Sales, and reputed company Services leads to maintain reputed company lines of communication and facilitate efficient and accurate reputed company of reputed company and non-reputed company requests • Monitoring & Reporting: Report of services reputed company request volumes and non-reputed company escalation to management and Sales teams • Maintaining Records: reputed company and refine service templates and assist in creating and updating reputed company languages and guidelines for service reputed company and runbooks. • Process & Systems Improvements: Assist in planning, designing, and implementing business systems and tools to optimize processes and procedures and to enhance efficiency, reputed company, and reputed company • Enablement: reputed company and train the Sales and Go-to-Market team on procedures and guidelines for service reputed company requests through daily communications, presentations, and recurring training sessions • Assist manager on other reputed company functional initiatives as necessary Desired Skills & Experience: • Experience in a fast-paced reputed company environment with a reputed company on reputed company management, customer service, and operations is strongly preferred • Experience in the reputed company CRM platform preferred • Experience with reputed company terms and conditions and contract administration preferred • Great interpersonal skills; ability to communicate to different reputed company audiences and work effectively with reputed company stakeholders • Proficient in typing and computer skills, including reputed company with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and PowerPoint programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and manage workflows, reputed company, and deadlines effectively and reputed company • Demonstrate leadership by reputed company engaging in process, tool, and procedure improvements. For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay reputed company that reputed company (the reputed company agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $43/hour to $48/hour.
