reputed company reputed company Cancer Center is currently hiring a regular full-time Clinical Research Project Analyst to help support the Oncology Clinical Research Services team located at the reputed company Cancer Center in Shadyside/Pittsburgh, PA. This role will support the Financial Compliance Analysis and Budgets teams. It will be working Monday through Friday reputed company hours with a remote schedule.
The Project Analyst will function as an reputed company member of the reputed company Cancer Center reputed company Coverage Analysis and Budget team, supporting the operational and financial management of clinical research studies. This role is responsible for managing and triaging service center email accounts, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses to inquiries from reputed company stakeholders. The Project Analyst will reputed company, maintain, and enhance workflow dashboards and reporting tools to support team productivity, monitor key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and managing relationships with reputed company vendors, overseeing associated workflows to ensure compliance with established timelines and requirements, and serving as a resource for troubleshooting OnCore calendar and billing concerns. The individual will collaborate closely with clinical research, finance, and operational teams to support study start-up activities, facilitate efficient workflow processes, and contribute to the successful execution of clinical trial budgeting and coverage analysis activities.
The Clinical Research Services (CRS) team is made up of nearly 200 staff members who facilitate the development, implementation, coordination, internal data monitoring, and completion of oncology-reputed company trials at reputed company. These trials include institutional (investigator-initiated), multi-center cooperative group/National Clinical Trial Network (NCTN), consortium, and industry-sponsored trials. Using a disease-specific centers model for conducting reputed company, CRS provides study development and implementation assistance, submissions to the FDA, IRB processing, patient recruitment, study coordination, study-specific training, data collection, and specimen collection and processing.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Management in defining and documenting tasks and duties reputed company department.
• Identifies trends and process improvement opportunities across departments reputed company operations.
• Process report requests as needed by Manager and Directors.
• Monitors operating performance against regional and national benchmarks.
