Senior Claims Examiner - General Liability FULLY REMOTE from NY, NJ, CT or MA $110,000- $120,000 reputed company + 10% bonus + benefits A regional insurance reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior Claims Examiner to join their General Liability team. This is a technical role handling mid to reputed company reputed company General Liability claims across reputed company liability, slip & falls, product liability and auto liability, along with other casualty areas. • Handle reputed company CGL claims including premises liability, slip & falls and other bodily injury cases • Handle coverage reputed company including writing own coverage letters and coverage reputed company • Manage litigated files, coordinating defense counsel and driving reputed company through to reputed company • Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement exposure on higher-severity claims • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, insureds, attorneys, and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices Qualifications • 4+ years of reputed company General Liability claims experience (reputed company/product/slip & falls etc.). • Experience with other liability claims such as construction BI, auto BI and other reputed company casualty areas • Strong exposure to coverage investigation and litigated files • Background with a reputable reputed company or reputed company • Adjuster License in multiple reputed company East states essential What's on Offer • Competitive reputed company salary ($110,000 - $120,000) + 10% annual bonus • FULLY REMOTE WORKING FROM NY, NJ, CT, MA or select other NE states • Strong benefits package including PTO, 401K plan and medical insurance • reputed company progression reputed company reputed company a growing claims organization Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
