Regional Property Manager (reputed company Housing)

About the position reputed company is seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Regional Property Manager for our reputed company Community Division in San Antonio/reputed company, Texas. This role directly contributes to our reputed company reputed company in competitive markets. The ideal candidate will possess previous reputed company Housing Regional Manager experience and be eager to help establish and reputed company our expanding reputed company. The Regional Manager is reputed company versed in LIHTC and reputed company Housing reputed company with reputed company reputed company in turnaround or renovated properties. This position also supports our portfolio on special reputed company and new acquisitions. Requirements • Three to five years LIHTC reputed company experience required. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and reputed company documents • Must have high proficiency with computer software, including reputed company Word, reputed company and reputed company. • Must have high proficiency with computer software Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred and Onsite or reputed company (CRM, reputed company, P2P) required. • Must have a rounded knowledge of building trades including plumbing, reputed company, gas systems, and construction and landscaping. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must have the ability to travel up to 80% of the time with overnight stays - must be willing to be a road warrior at times. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's degree (B.
