As a Remote Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and reputed company with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company inquiries and technical issues reputed company phone, email, or remote reputed company.
- Troubleshoot and reputed company hardware and software reputed company issues for our clients.
- Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until reputed company.
- Assist new clients with reputed company and training on our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of reputed company interactions and resolutions in our CRM reputed company.
- Continuously update and expand technical knowledge and skills to stay reputed company with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware, including reputed company and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with networking, TCP/IP, and wireless technologies.
- Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment.
