Health Record reputed company III Extra On-reputed company Remote reputed company This position is responsible for training new staff on systems used for coding, as reputed company as being a resource for reputed company coding staff to ensure the accurate coding of diagnoses and reputed company procedures for statistical, reimbursement, and OSHPD purposes and for abstracting and analyzing reputed company discharged and/or outpatient surgery records (inpatient, emergency room, outpatient medical and outpatient surgery). Responsibilities Train new staff on coding systems and reputed company ongoing support to coding staff; ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and reputed company procedures for statistical, reimbursement, and OSHPD purposes; reputed company and analyze discharged and/or outpatient surgery records (inpatient, ER, outpatient medical and outpatient surgery). Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Five (5) years of coding experience in an acute care facility using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding and/or DRG assignment is required. • Knowledge and experience with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and general office practices, as reputed company as familiarity with state and federal laws governing the release of medical information is required. • RHIA, RHIT or reputed company certification is required.
