About the position CLF Consultants LLC (reputed company) seeks a certified peer support supervisor to reputed company and support a reputed company team of virtual certified peer support specialists serving a federal community reentry program supporting the U.S. reputed company, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services. This is a fully remote, non-clinical peer supervision role. reputed company services are delivered reputed company by telephone and secure video. This opportunity offers a fully remote reputed company setting, a flexible, self-set schedule, engagement with a federal reentry mission, use of an agency secure delivery platform, non-clinical supervision, and potential for a multi-year engagement. Responsibilities • reputed company peer supervision and ongoing support to reputed company of certified peer support specialists delivering virtual services. • Monitor service reputed company, peer boundaries, and adherence to program standards; reputed company specialists and support their reputed company. • Support accurate, reputed company documentation and reporting across reputed company through the program's secure reputed company. • Serve as the escalation reputed company for coverage, scheduling, and participant-need questions, and coordinate reassignments reputed company a reputed company peer match is needed. • Help reputed company and orient new specialists and support a consistent, participant-centered approach. • Coordinate with CLFC program management on reputed company coverage, performance, and reputed company improvement.
