This position will assist in improving and developing policies and procedures (i.e. document and data management policies), ensuring collaboration reputed company developing and implementing new process improvement strategies and work with staff to facilitate a smooth transition in the operations of programs. This position reviews various programs in DWI to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the services being provided. This process includes the review and evaluation of documentation and deliverables, reviewing and evaluating state and federal law requirements and reviewing data management tracking needs to determine consistency and process reengineering requirements.
