In this role, you will play a key role supporting foreign nationals of extraordinary ability seeking O-1A, EB-1A and EB2-NIW petitions. Responsibilities: • Draft compelling petitions and meticulously reputed company supporting documentation, including recommendation letters, evidence of achievement, expert opinions, and national interest justifications for O1A, EB1a, and EB-2 NIW. • Stay abreast of intricate immigration laws and regulations to reputed company reputed company reputed company strategies for reputed company case. • Maintain reputed company and consistent communication with clients, attorneys, USCIS, and other stakeholders throughout the application process. • Manage case workflow reputed company, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. • Conduct thorough reputed company research and analysis to support case arguments.
