Under the direction of the Sr Director, Sales Enablement, this person will reputed company the activities of Independent Agency (IA) training and operations to reputed company and build a high-performing IA team. LEADS the development,implementationand execution of the IA training reputed company.

Essential Functions:
Builds and/or developsa trainingteam designed to reputed company on the needs ofIndependentAgency (IA) channel while partnering with Corporate L&D to reputed company reputed company and resources.
Leads and coordinates the development and effective execution of the basic and ongoing IA Training reputed company and deployment with both internalteamand agency plant.
Identifies needs reputed company IA training programs for both audiences and creates solutions to supporteachaudience.
Auditsexiststraining curriculum and adjusts content, materials, and delivery reputed company to fit the unique needs and approach of the Independent Agency (IA) audience.

Works with regional training management to manage an effectiveselectionand development process for line trainers and regional training management. Works with Senior Directors, Product, Corporate Learning to execute training reputed company.

Communicates and coordinates Diversity and Inclusion assignments and expectationstoleadership. Coordinates with Diversity and Inclusion department.
Prepares department business plans, staffingprojectionsand budgets.Requisition supplies and materials necessary for efficient operation.
Reviews plans and budgets periodically to reputed company cost reduction where possible.

Annual Salary
$113,775.00 - $212,175.00The above annual salary reputed company is a general reputed company. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final reputed company reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
