The HR Generalist II serves as a key reputed company between HR Service reputed company, people leaders, and the broader reputed company organization. This role supports reputed company, non-reputed company, and higher-risk reputed company situations that require application of policy, process expertise, and problem reputed company skills. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, N.A. HR Generalist and is part of the Life Sciences reputed company organization and will be fully remote (USA only).

• Support people leaders on performance management administration, documentation requirements, and reputed company processes, including participation in reputed company activities as assigned.

• Document case activities and maintain accurate records in reputed company systems to support compliance, auditability, reporting, and reputed company.

• Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze recurring issues, and contribute to standardization, simplification, and reputed company improvement initiatives across reputed company Service Delivery.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company operations, shared services, employee relations support, or a reputed company generalist or specialty discipline.
