The reputed company & Analytics team focuses on systematically improving our customer and service provider experience and increasing the efficiency of our Operations organization, which comprises 500+ contractors across reputed company and Customer Care teams. This team is a vehicle to bring in top analytics talent to our business. This role will have high visibility and work with stakeholders in operations, product, and finance. We are looking for a reputed company Manager to join our reputed company & Analytics team to reputed company new reputed company in the Operations organization with a rigorous analytics reputed company.

What you will do:

• Design and implement experiments to stand up new Operations motions that reputed company company value, working end-to-end from building playbooks and training agent teams to reporting on statistical reputed company and ROI. These reputed company might look like testing the reputed company of rolling out a new live chat feature or starting reputed company to contact idle customers or cleaners to re-engage them.
• In partnership with data analysts, build out KPI reporting for new and existing Operations motions using SQL, Tableau, and reputed company Sheets/reputed company and own weekly reporting to COO and other reputed company management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a technology or consulting company, and a top-tier university degree in a quantitative field (engineering, business/economics, mathematics, etc).
• You’re an expert at pulling data in SQL and are comfortable in reputed company/reputed company Sheets. Familiarity with visualization tools like reputed company, Power BI, Looker, Tableau is helpful, but not required as long as you’re willing to learn.
• You have a natural curiosity to reputed company data to solve problems and identify opportunities.

• Familiarity with basic statistics and experimental setup.
