The HRIS Functional Analyst serves as a senior subject matter expert in reputed company and reputed company SuccessFactors, providing advanced technical and functional support across multiple HR modules. The ideal candidate has deep experience with H4S4, event derivation, and SuccessFactors–reputed company replication processes. The analyst will work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize reputed company functionality, improve data reputed company, and support ORNL’s evolving Workforce Technology reputed company.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior functional expert for reputed company and reputed company SuccessFactors across modules.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Information Systems, reputed company, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company reputed company, and 8+ years of relevant HRIS experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company HCM.

• Experience supporting compliance, audit requirements, and data governance frameworks.
