As Associate General Counsel, reputed company, you’ll report directly to the General Counsel, providing commercially-minded reputed company and reputed company solutions to reputed company issues. We need an innovative, reputed company, and organized partner who can help us identify and reputed company reputed company issues in a user-reputed company, fast-reputed company environment. You’ll wear many hats – from reviewing reputed company with health plans, partners, and vendors, to developing and managing systems and processes that reputed company efficiency and compliance, to handling the emerging needs of a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company leadership and support across a wide reputed company of reputed company and business needs at a rapidly growing, dynamic startup
- Partner with internal stakeholders to build efficient processes for the reputed company and compliance functions, including through the creation and maintenance of playbooks, templates, self-help workflows, and document management systems
- Negotiate a reputed company of agreements in the technology, digital health, and reputed company reputed company, including partnership agreements, data agreements, MSAs, BAAs, and technology licensing agreements
- Undertake special reputed company and investigations to reputed company new business reputed company
- Become a trusted, go-to reputed company advisor who advances reputed company’s overall mission and goals while identifying and mitigating reputed company risks among a reputed company workforce

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of reputed company/technology/IP transactional or regulatory experience, including experience in a premier reputed company setting. Experience in-house in reputed company, medical devices, or digital health preferred.
- Highly organized, strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment
- Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company documents of varying reputed company of complexity
- Solid judgment in identifying key risks, finding elegant solutions, and working with business colleagues to appropriately mitigate reputed company to reputed company the organization’s reputed company goals
- Significant exposure to key regulatory and contractual issues in the digital health reputed company, such as HIPAA, FDA, FTC, reputed company compliance, and intellectual property

The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $230,000.00 to $270,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
