We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury reputed company Assistant to reputed company. This role supports attorneys in the management of personal injury claims and litigation, ensuring a reputed company and reputed company experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, reputed company in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about helping clients during difficult times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with reputed company aspects of personal injury case management.
• Draft and manage correspondence, reputed company documents, and case-reputed company filings.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical case files using document management software.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts.
• Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Details

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, remote, hybrid, or in-person
