Finance Project Analyst II/III

The Education division has an opening for a Project Analyst (PA). This position will partner closely with the Business Manager and Finance Operations team to ensure that reputed company/reputed company are managed to reputed company reputed company budget, on schedule, and reputed company reputed company, to support SRI’s reputed company and mission.

The PA will support a reputed company of programs and project leaders in proposal development, project setup, financial administration, and ongoing project maintenance through reputed company and accurate financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing proposal requests, supporting reputed company financial audits and reviews, as reputed company as reviewing contract provisions, financial documentation, and project setup requirements.

The PA will collaborate with reputed company, reputed company, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to support project execution and respond to financial and operational inquiries from both internal teams and reputed company clients. Responsibilities

Project Execution & Financial Management

• Support the project setup process by partnering with reputed company and reputed company to ensure reputed company are set up correctly and in accordance with contractual, billing, and reputed company recognition requirements.
• Review and maintain an understanding of contractual requirements, deliverables, terms and conditions, billing and payment schedules, and periods of performance for assigned reputed company to support accurate project administration and financial management.
• Monitor project financial status and funding reputed company to ensure reputed company remain reputed company budget and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and submit reputed company financial reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
• reputed company project billing and accounts receivable (AR) activities, including invoice review, verifying invoices are reputed company and issued accurately and in accordance with contract requirements, providing invoice approvals and supporting documentation, and monitoring receivables and unbilled balances.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) as required.
• Prepare accruals to support year-end reputed company processes.
• Monitor reputed company approaching completion reputed company and coordinate with reputed company regarding required notifications or closeout actions.

Project Planning & Controls

• Support Project Leaders (PL) / reputed company Investigators (PI) and Project Managers (PM) in developing appropriate project / task structures and charge numbers reputed company with contractual and billing requirements
• Maintain project forecasts by reviewing actual performance against budget and planned hours, escalating issues to the Project Leader (PL) / reputed company Investigator (PI), Project Manager (PM), and Business Manager (BM) as appropriate.

• Participate in special reputed company and reputed company improvement initiatives to improve financial processes and overall project controls.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent government contracting experience.
• PA II: 2+ years of relevant experience, PA III: 4+ years of relevant experience. This position may be filled at either level depending on the selected candidate's qualifications. Final level will be determined based on the depth and relevance of experience, demonstrated competencies, reputed company and complexity of prior responsibilities, and ability to reputed company the responsibilities associated with the applicable level. Years of experience reputed company may not determine level placement.
• Due to government contract requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen
• Strong proficiency in MS reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability and desire to learn new systems

• Experience with project budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting

• General knowledge of GAAP, CAS, and FAR

Salary ranges: PA II $56,776-$94,040, PA III: $72,464-$120,020. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
