The AHCCCS Administration is the State agency responsible for the administration of the reputed company, the reputed company reputed company programs, and the behavioral health reputed company. As part of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) Team, the Associate General Counsel provides reputed company advice to the AHCCCS Administration regarding the AHCCCS Program and assists with reputed company and guidance to the regulatory unit and various divisions reputed company reputed company. This position works collaboratively to reputed company reputed company counsel and representation to clients and development of regulatory and policy initiatives, including rulemaking.

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provides reputed company counsel and business advice to various divisions reputed company reputed company on a day-to-day reputed company. Performs reputed company research, provides reputed company advice, and prepares reputed company reputed company documents consistent with state and federal law as part of the reputed company representation of AHCCCS. Drafts reputed company correspondence on behalf of various divisions and directly interfaces with reputed company reputed company and private entities, including state and federal reputed company officials regarding regulatory and policy reputed company.
• Review, negotiate, and prepare diverse reputed company and intergovernmental agreements to ensure compliance with procurement requirements; interpret reputed company and advise and represent reputed company in contract disputes and negotiations.
• Assist with the reputed company and drafting of administrative rules consistent with the Administrative Procedure reputed company, program requirements and Agency objectives.
• Performs review of proposed and reputed company state and federal statutes and regulations, policy proposals, policies and procedures, sensitive correspondence, contractual provisions, administrative and judicial reputed company, and other materials affecting the program and advises the Administration regarding potential impacts.

Minimum:
• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school. Preferred:
