本職務ではパートナープログラムチームの一員として、社内外との調整や、関連するコンテンツを管理する役割を期待しています。
具体的には、以下の業務を主に担当することになります。但し、これらに限定されるものではありません。

・データ管理と共有: 業務データを集計・加工し、必要なメンバーに分かりやすく共有します。
・情報発信: 社内やパートナー企業向けのウェブサイトの情報を更新したり、新しい情報を発信したりします。
・問い合わせ対応: パートナー企業からの質問に答えたり、社内メンバーからの問い合わせに対応したりします。
・マニュアル作成: 仕事の進め方を分かりやすくまとめたマニュアルを作成・更新します。
・海外との連携: 翻訳ツールなどを活用して、海外のメンバーと英語でやり取りし、必要な情報を取得します。

・2年以上の社会人経験

・reputed company製品のシステム使用経験(例:Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Marketing reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Tableau, reputed companyなど)

・ビジネス文書の作成経験(例:社外向けメール、議事録、提案書、報告書)
・関数(VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIFなど)やピボットテーブルを使ったデータ加工・編集の経験
・Webサイトのコンテンツ作成・更新経験
・データや事実に基づき、論理的に思考し、周囲と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
・複数の業務やタスクを管理し、納期を意識して計画的に業務を進められる方

・新しい知識やスキルを積極的に学び、ご自身の成長につなげたいと考えている方

・複数の業務を同時にこなす、マルチタスクスキルがある方

・ご自身の障害特性を理解し、安定して働く準備が整っている方

・翻訳ツールなどを活用して、英文のドキュメントや資料を読み書きできる方

・業務効率化のため、ITツールやAIなどを積極的に活用できる方

・社内外の様々な人と、円滑にコミュニケーションを取ることができる方
