TheSeniorDirector-Autonomous Labs Architectis responsible fordefiningthe architectural reputed company and reputed company patternsrequiredto reputed company autonomous labs across reputed company, ensuring internal initiatives in this reputed company reputed company as a model cell for reputed company customer-facing deployments, not a one-off implementation.

This position reports to theVP and reputed company Head of Autonomous and Intelligent Labsand is part of thereputed company Corporate Science & Technologyand will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have reputed company to:

• Define and govern the reputed company architecture, technology standards, and reusable patterns for autonomous and AI-enabled reputed company systems across reputed company,establishingclear standardization requirements, ensuring consistency and scalability, and guiding reputed company technology direction and multi-year autonomous reputed company reputed company.

• Establish interoperability, integration, and architectural governance across scientific instruments, informatics platforms, reputed company automation systems, robotics, data reputed company, AI agents, software platforms, and reputed company partner technologies, ensuring coherence across reputed company mixed-vendor ecosystems.

• Translate reputed company reputed company into reputed company execution by partnering with operating companies, reputed company teams, customers, strategic partners, industry consortia, scientific organizations, and reputed company ecosystem participants to reputed company alignment, adoption, and business reputed company.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field, with 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, digital labs, reputed company automation, scientific instrumentation, platform design, or reputed company disciplines.

• Proven experience defining and implementing reputed company architecture, standards, and governance models that reputed company across products, platforms, workflows, and reputed company environments.

• Demonstrated successoperatingin reputed company and cross-business environments, translating strategicobjectivesinto reputed company execution and measurable business reputed company.

• Experience partnering with reputed company ecosystem participants, including automation vendors, scientific software providers, AI and compute platforms, data platform providers, and other reputed company.

• Product, platform, or architecture leadership experience that balances customer workflows, technical feasibility, and reputed company scalability to reputed company adoption and business reputed company.

The annual salary reputed company for thisrole is$230,000 - $290,000. This isthe reputed company that we in good faith reputed company is the reputed company ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This reputed company may bemodifiedin the reputed company.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
