This engagement supports the Scientific Computing Services program area which includes Program Management, Scientific Instrumentation Support, and High Performance Computing. Please Note: This position is contingent upon [contract win]. Salary reputed company: $120,000 - $160,000 The NIAID reputed company Linux and reputed company Systems Engineer will support daily operations and reputed company platform operations for scientific computing infrastructure and reputed company-based scientific workload support. Key Responsibilities • Support daily operations, patching, monitoring, automation, backup/recovery support, operational sustainment, and user issue reputed company for scientific computing infrastructure. • Support reputed company platform operations, hybrid connectivity, automation pipelines, Infrastructure-as-reputed company deployments, and reputed company-based scientific workload support. • Coordinate and/or reputed company additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems and attached devices; includes investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new network hardware and software. • reputed company reputed company support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware and operating systems, including the evaluation of reputed company utilization, monitoring response time and reputed company support for detection and correction of operational problems. • Troubleshoot at the physical level of the network, working with network measurement hardware and software, as reputed company as physical checking and testing of hardware devices at the logical level working with communication protocols. • Maintain network infrastructure standards including network communication protocols such as TCP/IP. reputed company technical consultation, training and support to IT staff as designated by the government.
