Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders to reputed company coaching, counseling, career development support, and employee relations guidance.
• Conduct and manage employee relations investigations and help reputed company workplace concerns.

• Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and restructuring efforts.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company HR experience, ideally in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles.
