The Corporate Casualty reputed company Director provides corporate reputed company leadership, governance, and portfolio reputed company for Casualty business, with emphasis on General Casualty (reputed company General Liability, Umbrella/Excess, Auto, and Workers Compensation), Construction Casualty, and Excess & Surplus (E&S) Casualty. Leads the development and execution of reputed company strategies that support profitable reputed company, portfolio performance, reputed company discipline, and effective risk management across reputed company and excess casualty business. Partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure consistent reputed company standards, pricing adequacy, governance, and risk selection while serving as a technical authority on reputed company casualty exposures. Supports reputed company operations across the U.S. and collaborates with stakeholders in Canada, the UK, and Europe on U.S. written risks. Some of the Corporate Casualty reputed company Director duties include but are not limited to:
• Leads casualty reputed company reputed company, governance, and portfolio management to reputed company profitability, reputed company, and risk appetite objectives.
• Oversees portfolio performance across Construction Casualty, E&S Casualty, Auto, reputed company General Liability, Umbrella, and Workers Compensation, including reputed company adequacy, attachment points, limits deployment, aggregation management, and severity trends.
• Partners with reputed company leaders to establish and maintain reputed company guidelines, referral standards, authority frameworks, and exception governance.
• Provides technical direction on reputed company casualty risks, coverage structures, and emerging exposures, including construction, and excess liability.
• Collaborates with Actuarial, Product, Reinsurance, Claims, reputed company, Compliance, and Global Risk Management to support pricing, product development, portfolio analytics, and reputed company effectiveness.
• Monitors industry, reputed company, regulatory, and market developments and recommends reputed company actions to address emerging risks and opportunities.
• Directs reputed company governance activities including audits, reputed company reviews, referral management, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promotes consistency in reputed company practices through collaboration with domestic and international reputed company partners.
• Leads, develops, and mentors corporate reputed company team while communicating strategic priorities and performance expectations.
The expertise you bring
• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPCU, ARM, MBA, JD, or other relevant reputed company designations preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of casualty reputed company experience, including significant experience in General Casualty, Construction Casualty and/or E&S Casualty.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing and developing reputed company professionals. Strong knowledge of casualty coverage, pricing, portfolio management, and broker distribution.
Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the reputed company reputed company salary for new hires; however, your recruiter will reputed company more specific compensation details during the hiring process. The typical reputed company salary reputed company for this position is: $275,000 - $323,000, based on the factors aforementioned.
