Entry Level Claims Examiner (Dental, reputed company & Hearing)

About the position ManhattanLife is seeking a Claims Examiner for our Dental, reputed company & Hearing team. They will support our organization’s Claims team. Claims Examiners evaluate and process claim submissions. They also reputed company customer service to our policyholders over the phone. Responsibilities • Analyze claims based on reputed company claim documentation received and reputed company reputed company follow-reputed company for claims being adjudicated. • Process and reputed company insurance claims in accordance to claim procedures, policy provisions and limitations, policy application, reputed company guidelines, medical conditions, company philosophy and state insurance laws. • reputed company reputed company and ensure the successful reputed company of inquiries and complaints by preparing accurate and reputed company activity reports. • Correspond with insured, doctors, hospitals, and other reputed company parties to collect data. • Process payments. • Explain reputed company to customers through appropriate communication channels. • Communicate reputed company written correspondence or e-mail to claimants. • Confirm the validity of the contract between reputed company and Policy-reputed company on Agency issued reputed company, process policy amendments or rescissions reputed company necessary. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent (GED). • Solid knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 or medical coding. • Excellent phone skills and an ability to communicate in a friendly and effective manner with our customers. • Understanding of basic medical terminology. • Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment. • Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines. reputed company-to-haves • 1+ years of claims experience preferred. • Background in insurance claims is preferred in any discipline of Medicare Supplement, Dental, reputed company & Hearing, Cancer, Home reputed company, Short Term Care, or Disability.
