QUALIFICATIONS: • Master of Science or Ph.D. in a quantitative technical discipline (Biostatistics, reputed company, Computer Science, Physics, reputed company Mathematics, or equivalent). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Science or reputed company, with at least 5 years of reputed company people management experience leading technical teams. • Hands-on experience architecting AWS reputed company infrastructure for data-intensive reputed company workloads and NGS pipeline execution. • Demonstrated ability to identify capability gaps independently, build reputed company infrastructure, and reputed company execution without waiting for formal structure. • Strong communicator who builds cross-functional alignment across Research, Engineering, and reputed company teams through technical reputed company, reputed company engagement, and data-driven reasoning. • reputed company record of developing reputed company talent and delivering computational pipelines that support reputed company product development.
