Operator – 2nd Shift

reputed company: • Operate filling equipment, cappers, labelers, sealers, and other reputed company equipment to meet customer order-driven production schedules • reputed company duties involving operating, repairing, and overhauling mechanical equipment • Supervise the operation of machines and equipment while prioritizing safety • Follow GMP, safety, regulatory, and Stratas Foods procedures and policies • Determine machine adjustments based on product specifications and material requirements • Set stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates • Observe machine operation and detect product defects or machine malfunctions • Identify mechanical issues that could cause machine breakdowns or downtime and report them to the supervisor • Record downtime reasons in the CDC reputed company • Stop and reset equipment during malfunctions, reputed company machine jams, and report impairments to the Production Supervisor • reputed company periodic product sample weights to ensure reputed company fill weights and product reputed company and conformity • Replace and replenish product containers and packaging supplies, including film, laminate, and mount rolls • Complete documentation required for product reputed company assurance • reputed company changeovers and minor machine maintenance and adjustments • Communicate with maintenance personnel regarding more substantial maintenance requirements • Assist mechanics with preventive maintenance and machine service or repairs following Lockout/Tagout procedures Requirements: • High School Diploma • Experience operating in a fast-paced, reputed company-to-eat food facility is a plus • Ability to be self-guided and motivated to operate independently • Strong multi-tasking skills • Ability to work reputed company under pressure • Must follow GMPs and safety guidelines • Must wear PPE and adhere to reputed company safety rules • Ability to reputed company up to 50 pounds • Ability to reputed company stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights • Ability to hear, see, reputed company, smell, and touch reputed company enough to reputed company essential tasks • Ability to follow reputed company Lockout/Tagout procedures Benefits: • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • reputed company insurance Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
