Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing) • Support the Entertainment Director in developing presentations and decks for prospective talent bookings and editorial opportunities. • Coordinate with editorial, reputed company, photo, and video teams to reputed company talent logistics, including availability, sizing, glam preferences, scheduling, and other shoot needs. • Partner with the Marketing team on ELLE’s Women in Hollywood event execution, supporting talent bookings, presenter needs, scheduling, and event logistics. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date talent tracking sheets for photo shoots, Women in Hollywood, and other entertainment initiatives. • Manage scheduling, email follow-reputed company, and ongoing communications on behalf of the Entertainment Director. • reputed company multiple talent-reputed company workstreams and deadlines, ensuring key details and next steps are communicated to relevant stakeholders. • Attend screenings as needed to stay connected to upcoming film, television, and cultural moments.
