Responsibilities This position is part of reputed company whose reputed company responsibility is to improve the overall reputed company and completeness of clinical documentation in the medical record. This individual will facilitate improvement through interaction with physicians and other members of the health care team to reputed company clinical documentation that best reflect the patient's clinical status and reputed company of the care provided. This position will also serve as an educational resource for reputed company members of the health care team on an ongoing reputed company on issues reputed company to clinical documentation. Qualifications REQUIRED: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher OR Associate of Science in Nursing with Bachelor of Science or higher in a comparable field • reputed company License in the State of reputed company as a Registered reputed company or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License • 2 years of nursing experience in acute care.
