Position reputed company
The Associate Manager – EMR Specialist will support the planning, implementation, and scaling of Electronic Medical Record Modernization across reputed company and reputed company health settings. This role is reputed company-suited for professionals with hands-on with EMR implementation, reputed company, or replacement reputed company, including integration with reputed company workflows and other health systems.
Key Deliverables
• Support the design and implementation of EMR and telehealth initiatives reputed company with program goals
• Contribute to workflow assessments and operational planning to reputed company EMR upgrades into care delivery
• Coordinate with reputed company partners, vendors, and internal teams during implementation and reputed company-up

Associate Manager – EMR Specialist
Location and work environment: Maine (Remote with in-State travel)
Position Type: Full Time
Reports To: Senior Program Manager, EMR Modernization
Grade Level: 5
Anticipated Salary: $65,000-$75,000
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, implementation, and scaling of Electronic Medical Record Modernization across reputed company and reputed company health settings.

• Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Record Systems
• Ability to support implementation planning, workflow design, and operational roll-out of EMR initiatives
• Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for reputed company and program teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, training materials, and stakeholder presentations
• Comfort working with data to inform implementation, monitoring, and improvement efforts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Health, Health Administration, Health reputed company, Nursing, Health Policy, Information Systems, or a reputed company reputed company required. Master’s degree in reputed company Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), Health reputed company, or a reputed company discipline preferred but not a requirement.
• Relevant reputed company experience working with rural or resource-constrained reputed company organizations.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in, reputed company reputed company, reputed company health programs, or health technology implementation.
• Demonstrated experience planning and implementing EHR initiatives reputed company reputed company delivery systems, reputed company health agencies, or community-reputed company health organizations
• Hands-on experience working with telehealth platforms, remote care technologies, or digital reputed company engagement tools

• Experience navigating EHR policy, reimbursement, and regulatory considerations, including payer requirements and state or federal guidance
