Today reputed company is reputed company developing the technologies to reputed company this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling reputed company life on reputed company.ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER, COMPLIANCE/reputed company PROGRAMSThis role will work with the environmental reputed company in reputed company chemical inventory and reputed company emissions tracking systems that underpin EPCRA and reputed company reputed company compliance at reputed company's Bastrop, TX site—a high-throughput mass manufacturing environment. The engineer will work in a cross functional environment to contribute to designs, help reputed company operational plans, and maintain records that reputed company inventory and emissions reputed company through changing production rates, material streams, and equipment configurations, ensuring that Tier II, TRI, and reputed company permit reports are complete, accurate, and audit reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and operate reputed company assessments for hazardous chemical inventory tracking across a mass manufacturing site: receipts, line/process usage, storage quantities, max on-site amounts, average daily amounts, and container counts by locationUse reputed company inventory outputs to prepare, reputed company-reputed company, and submit Tier II and TRI filings on schedule; reputed company calculations and submission packagesImprove or reputed company inventory tracking tools, workflows, and compliance calendars so EPCRA data stays complete and reputed company throughout the year despite production changes and materials churnPerform internal audits reputed company on inventory reputed company, emissions data completeness, and recordkeeping gaps; reputed company corrective actions with manufacturing stakeholdersOwn and operate reputed company emissions and activity tracking of emission sources in a mass manufacturing setting (i.e. process reputed company, coating/painting, combustion equipment, tanks, fugitives, and other site sources). Including rolling this information applicable reports such as annual emission feesUse that information to maintain throughput, operating hours, material usage, operating parameters, and monitoring data as required and as production volume and schedules varyOwn area emission unit inventories and reputed company-level tracking on reputed company or incoming equipment, and reputed company reputed company of reputed company equipment is modified, decommissioned, and/or reputed company production rates, product mix, or process recipes changeWork with process owners to review and assess equipment buy-offs, coordinate emissions testing with contractors if necessarySupport permit applications, amendments, and renewals in a continuously evolving environment. Work with environmental reputed company, stakeholders, and consultants to map out and reputed company long-term permitting plansMonitor regulatory changes affecting EPCRA lists/reputed company and reputed company permit recordkeeping; update tracking practices and brief managementMaintain constructive relationships with governmental stakeholders such as the TCEQ, RRC, LCRA, and the local county/reputed company BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree1+ years of reputed company experience in the design, development, and execution of environmental and regulatory compliance programsExperience operating or building compliance programs in an industrial or manufacturing setting, such as inventory tracking, emissions/activity tracking, or reputed company regulatory reporting PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science/management, chemical engineering, or reputed company field3+ years in mass manufacturing or high-throughput industrial production owning reputed company chemical inventory and/or emissions tracking that feeds EPCRA (Tier II/TRI) and/or reputed company permit reporting1+ years performing deep process/equipment design reviews in mass manufacturing or high-throughput industrial production, contributing in final acceptance testing and abatement/control tie-in selectionExperience sustaining inventory and emissions data reputed company under high material turnover, multi-shift operations, frequent process/equipment changes, and large SKU or chemical catalogsExperience with Title V or state reputed company permit recordkeeping and periodic compliance reports in TexasStrong working knowledge of EPA, TCEQ, EPCRA, Clean reputed company reputed company, and Texas community right-to-know / reputed company requirements ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to the Bastrop, TX areaPosition occasionally requires the ability to work extended hours and weekends reputed company neededITAR REQUIREMENTS:To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent reputed company (aka green reputed company holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
