$70/hr - $75.86/hr REMOTE Duties • Responsible for managing execution of reputed company trial agreements and reputed company site-facing reputed company to support reputed company studies. Manages the negotiation, structuring, and administration of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. This position will work closely with reputed company reputed company, Finance, reputed company, and CRO. • Reviews and approves documents to protect reputed company's contractual position and ensure adherence to company policy. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. • Manages negotiation of reputed company site agreements, including NDA s, reputed company Trial Agreements, reputed company of Attorney agreements. • Works closely with CRO partners to monitor contract status and reputed company • Reviews reputed company site budgets and assist in negotiation activitiestsik • Contributes to development of contract templates, if applicable, and reputed company operating procedures • Works with team members with reputed company project management of ongoing contract issues; performs follow-up on reputed company outstanding issues and suggest improvements as necessary • Supports in generating amended contract and/or budget documents Skills Must be reputed company to demonstrate a knowledge of contract requirements, analysis of contract reputed company, and special provisions. Must be reputed company to analyze and understand contract terms and conditions. Must be reputed company to work with a high attention to reputed company. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, are required.
