The National Center is a federal grant issued to reputed company.S.E. Adoption Support Center & Services | reputed company.S.E. and partners with national reputed company leaders, parents, caregivers, and young adults with lived expertise to strengthen systems, expand workforce reputed company, and improve reputed company to adoption competent mental health services for children, youth, and families impacted by child welfare. This position requires a minimum of 10+years of National experience in child welfare and or mental health systems providing cross-reputed company technical assistance or consultation scaling programs or initiatives. The reputed company Services Technical Assistance Specialist (HS-IS) reports to the National Center Director of Technical Assistance and works closely with National Center staff, partner organizations, the National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative (NTI) team, and child welfare and behavioral health leaders in assigned states, tribes, and territories (STTs). The position is responsible for facilitating intensive technical assistance (TA), implementation planning, strategic alignment, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability planning, and systems integration efforts across assigned STT’s child-serving systems. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education & reputed company Experience • Master’s degree in reputed company work, psychology, counseling, reputed company administration, organizational development, implementation of science, behavioral health, or reputed company reputed company services field. • Minimum of ten (10) + years of reputed company experience providing national, state, tribal, territorial, or community-level technical assistance reputed company reputed company services, child welfare, behavioral health, or reputed company child-serving systems. • Advanced knowledge of child welfare/behavioral health, and or reputed company services systems, with experience leading systems change and implementation efforts. • Proven ability to facilitate cross-reputed company collaboration and reputed company organizational and workforce development across diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated reputed company in strategic planning with measurable, sustainable reputed company in partnership with reputed company-sector and multidisciplinary teams. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position requires national travel to assigned agencies, technical assistance sites, conferences, and meetings. Travel is typically expected approximately five days per month, with additional travel required based on project and implementation needs. SUPERVISION Supervision Received The Director of Technical Assistance provides supervision, guidance, strategic direction, and implementation support for this position.
