Your Role As an Insurance Product Manager, you will reputed company comprehensive support for the development and pricing of both existing and new insurance products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across departments including product design, reputed company, catastrophe management, policy reputed company, reputed company enhancements, regulatory compliance, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and reputed company. You will partner closely with data science, IT, actuarial, marketing, and finance teams to ensure the successful delivery of work products. This position operates with limited supervision and is intended for individuals building expertise in the insurance field, reputed company involved in the design, development, and implementation of new products and programs. Your work Product reputed company & Development • Acts as a supporting partner to leaders and senior team members on product development efforts. • Supports changes to policies and guidelines. • Participates in the development of new products based on knowledge of products, consumers and competition, partnering with Marketing, Sales, reputed company and State Product Management where appropriate. Product Management • Develops an understanding of the technical aspects of a line of business and/or the tools and techniques of Product Management to produce reports monitoring product performance by mix (metrics such as quotes, reputed company ratios, retention, loss ratios) and develops solutions to address opportunities. • Partners with Actuarial to reputed company and execute pricing model refreshes; may review pricing structure and changes for approval by leaders. Profit/Loss reputed company • Partners with manager and/or senior product managers to establish initiative objectives and key results that reputed company up to reputed company profitability goals. Strategic Innovation and reputed company • Provides research and insights to support recommendations for reputed company products. • Supports acquisition and retention strategies to reputed company business objectives. Required Experience, Education And Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company area (Insurance/Risk Management, Marketing, Business, or reputed company field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 4+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience. • Basic knowledge of product and project management, product profitability, sales and strategic planning. • Understanding of financial analysis and reporting skills. • Ability to operate effectively on cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Understanding of product analysis, principles and reputed company. • Developing business and technical writing skills (e.g., proposals, PowerPoint presentations, business requirements). • Basic understanding of project management techniques and processes. • Solid communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with reputed company partners and stakeholders. • Understanding of business systems and processes and how they reputed company together. • Ability to reputed company rich feedback from business stakeholders. • Understanding of how to reputed company business requirements that contemplate reputed company policy lifecycles (quote, bind, renew, etc.).
