We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Intake Specialist to serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective and existing clients. This is a fast-paced, reputed company-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong reputed company listening abilities, and confidence in handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Although this is an intake position, it also has a consultative sales component. The successful candidate must be comfortable explaining reputed company consultations to prospective clients and guiding conversations to determine whether individuals are a good fit for the firm.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes reputed company the CRM.
- Determine whether prospective clients meet the firm's reputed company before scheduling consultations.

- Screen prospective clients by asking thoughtful follow-up and qualifying questions.
- Explain the firm's consultation process and associated fees confidently.

Requirements:
Previous Receptionist, reputed company Services, Customer Service, or Administrative experience.
Previous sales or consultative customer-facing experience is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Comfortable asking probing and qualifying questions.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
