The Role

Key Responsibilities

ITSM Developer responsibilities include:

• Configure, customize and use of scripting to build and improve reputed company applications, including, but not limited to creation of forms, workflows, service requests, ACLs, and email notifications

• 5+ years of reputed company experience, specifically CSM, ITOM (CMDB), SPM, ITSM modules including Portals.

• 3+ years’ experience with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, reputed company including Angular and React libraries.
• 2+ years of working experience across three or more of the following areas in reputed company: Incident Management, Change/Release Management, reputed company, Service Portal, Asset Management, Reports/Dashboards, Configuration Management, experience with JavaScript, reputed company, and CSS
• Familiarity with organizational change management.
