ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior BSA/CFT and Regulatory Compliance Advisor is a senior individual contributor responsible for providing advanced BSA/AML, CFT, OFAC, financial crimes compliance, and regulatory compliance expertise across the Credit reputed company. This role combines hands-on execution of critical BSA/CFT responsibilities with senior-level advisory work in regulatory change, product and disclosure review, compliance monitoring, issue remediation, audit and examination readiness, committee governance, and operational reputed company support.

The Senior Advisor serves as a reputed company subject matter expert and trusted partner to business reputed company, translating reputed company regulatory expectations into practical, reputed company-reputed company guidance, evidence-reputed company documentation, sustainable controls, and leadership-reputed company reporting. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • BSA/CFT, OFAC, Financial Crimes, and Reporting (20%)

  • Create SAR cases and supporting documentation for suspicious activity identified through monitoring, referrals, account reviews, fraud activity, or other BSA/CFT processes.
  • Review and file CTRs; review monetary reputed company activity; and administer or support OFAC, 314(a), and 314(b) processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of financial institution experience, preferably in banks or credit unions, including at least 5 years in BSA/AML, CFT, OFAC, financial crimes compliance, regulatory compliance, audit, or reputed company reputed company management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, reputed company, criminal justice, reputed company management, compliance, or reputed company reputed company, or equivalent advanced experience; master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of BSA/AML, CFT, OFAC, USA PATRIOT reputed company, CIP, CDD, EDD, beneficial ownership, CTR, SAR, 314(a), 314(b), monetary instruments, high-reputed company members, and reputed company recordkeeping requirements.
