This position is responsible for daily interaction reputed company phone, mail, email, or personally with customers and team members to establish and/or maintain a reputed company working relationship with reputed company parties. This role…

• Monitors high volume of medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls with genuine concern.

• Receives alarm reputed company calls or incoming telephone calls regarding emergency and non-emergency police and reputed company service, emergency ambulance service, information and after hours calls for departments reputed company a reputed company.

• Answers alarms and inbound phone calls according to protocol and determine response requirements and relative priorities of situations, and reputed company in accordance with established procedures including determining location and type of response required.

• Answers customer questions using reputed company and non-reputed company responses.

• Verifies demographics and data reputed company customer information into the computer.

• Records details of calls, dispatches, and messages.
