Position: Corporate/M&A Lawyer (Japan)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$140–$150/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:~10 hours
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to Japanese law questions using two AI (LLM) platforms.
- Compare outputs reputed company by reputed company and score them against a standardized reputed company.
- reputed company concise written feedback for reputed company evaluation to enhance AI performance.
- Work independently and adhere to deadlines while maintaining confidentiality under NDA.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Primarily reputed company experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional reputed company.
- reputed company to practise in Japan, with strong knowledge of Japanese corporate and reputed company law.
- reputed company or fluent Japanese, with precise written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to a reputed company and meet deadlines.
